Detail:
1. Manual/automatic mode production can be selected for the entire line
Automatic mode: Multiple solid bottle storage detection points are set in the buffer zone before entering the labeling machine, and combined with the automatic tracking of the bottle sensor (manual/automatic mode can be switched), multiple bottle acceleration and few bottle deceleration are implemented, making the online production of the entire line smoother.
Manual mode: The speed can be adjusted flexibly by the operator according to the production speed requirements.
Automatic fault detection of the entire machine, combined with Chinese display on the human-machine interface and three color light alarm prompts, can promptly identify the cause of equipment faults.
2. Driver group:
Synchronous mechanism transmission, any belt replacement can be quickly completed. Compared with traditional multi-layer arm type (replacement and repair require more than six hours), it is easy to maintain and simple to maintain, without affecting production.
3. Knife disk group:
The new cutting blade design uses a servo motor drive, with high speed, stable and accurate movement, smooth cutting, and beautiful contraction. Combined with a label synchronous positioning mechanism, the cutting positioning accuracy can reach up to 1mm. The unique design of the cutter holder is suitable for containers ranging from 30mm to 130mm. The cutter holder is completely replaceable and debugging free. The cutter head origin sensor is built-in inside the cutter head, and there is no need to calibrate the position of the synchronous belt when disassembling the cutter head. The exclusive use of light touch human-machine technology automatically searches for origin positioning. The blade is made of tungsten alloy blade (the blade installation seat is also suitable for ordinary art blades 9-18mm), with a blade service life of more than 10 million times, safe and convenient, leading similar products.
4. Feeding group:
Adopting a dual rack type material tray (optional with an 8-roll material loading cart) makes it more convenient and efficient to replace film materials. Configure film material detection photoelectric system, automatically stop the machine when there is no film material, and display it in Chinese with warning lights and touch screen. Using infrared sensors combined with frequency conversion to control the tension of the label, ensuring stable and smooth label conveying. Avoid label length, jamming, and blockage caused by uneven tension during servo conveying of labels.
5. Brush down group:
Using dual servo motors to drive the brush lower wheel, the brush lower rubber wheel follows the running speed of the host to ensure accurate and stable indexing.
Install a limit device on the screw adjustment screw to effectively control operator misoperation that may cause excessive friction between the brush rubber wheel and the center guide pillar bearing, resulting in damage to the center guide pillar.
6. Bottle group:
Adopting dual servo positioning belts with bottles on both sides. When changing the specifications of the entire bottle group, the lifting and width of the bottle group are synchronously adjusted by hand wheels to achieve quick and convenient adjustment.
7. Machine lifting group: Adopting electric lifting for more convenient operation.
8. Landing material rack:
8.1 There are two forms of this floor standing material rack that can be configured according to the actual needs of customers. The structure of this material rack is simple and clever, and installation is convenient.
8.2 This floor standing material rack is suitable for: the minimum diameter of the label is 76.2 mandrels, and the maximum diameter of the material roll is 500.
8.3 This landing material rack adopts PID control to ensure stable feeding of materials at the actual operating speed of the production line, ensuring the normal operation of the labeling machine. The unique label large buffer can not only meet the smooth operation of the labeling machine, but also achieve material replacement without stopping, greatly ensuring production volume.
8.4 Unique marking design changes the traditional manual cutting marking, ensuring the straightness of the cutting label and making the marking machine run more smoothly.
