(2) Principle:
1. The products sent from the upstream conveyor belt enter the metering conveyor belt through the introduction
conveyor belt neatly and equally spaced.
2. When the product passes the photoelectric sensor at the front of the measuring conveyor belt, the weight
checker starts to measure the product.
3.During the time when the product passes through the metering conveyor belt, the weight sensor completes
the metering of the product and displays the metering data to the operation department.
4.microcomputer will display the metering data with the preset reference value, upper limit value, lower limit
value for comparison, and identification of genuine products, overweight, light underweight products, non-genuine
