This machine adopts PLC programmable control and is equipped with a 6-inch touch screen human-machine interface system. It adopts atmospheric fixed flow channel parameters and controls the filling time to achieve different metering of filling. This device has a simple structure and can be used for both large and small bottles. Changing the bottle shape does not require replacing accessories and can be adjusted. Widely used in liquid filling of juices, soy sauce, vinegar, mineral water, pesticides, chemicals, detergents, oral liquids, disinfectants, lubricants, and cosmetics. Accurate filling measurement, no bubbles, no dripping. Suitable for filling 40-1000ml (including irregular bottles).

Accurate measurement control
1. The filling adopts fixed flow channel parameters to control the filling time and achieve filling with different measurements.
2. The accurate filling time of the pneumatic valve can be set to 0.01 seconds, which can control the measurement accuracy within the error range of ± 1% (>100ml), reduce unnecessary material loss, and improve user economic benefits.
3. The measurement of each filling head can be adjusted separately to achieve consistent filling measurement.
4. This machine is equipped with a bottle counting program, which prevents filling if there are no bottles or if the counting is not in place. Filling only begins when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of filled bottles.
5. The amount of filling can be adjusted initially to the desired filling amount, and then fine tuned to obtain the desired filling measurement accuracy.
