LC-AUPJ Intelligent One Click Bottle Unscrambler is used for sorting disordered polyester bottles. The scattered and disordered bottles are sent into the bottle storage ring of the bottle sorting machine through a lifting machine. With the push of the rotary table, the bottles enter the bottle compartment and position themselves. Through the bottle flipping device and bottle pulling device, the bottles are sorted into upright positions with the bottle mouth facing upwards, and then output to the next process through the pneumatic bottle conveying system. Work process:
Firstly, manually pour the bottle into the elevator bucket;
The bottles are transported by the elevator to the sorting bin of the bottle sorting machine;
