Automatic bottle unscrambler is used for sorting disordered polyester or PET bottles. The scattered and disordered bottles are sent to the bottle storage circle of the bottle unscrambler by the elevator. Positioning Through the function of the bottle turning device, the bottles are sorted so that the mouth of the bottle is upright, and are output by the air conveying bottle system to enter the next process.
The machine outer cylinder, rotating cylinder and parts in contact with the bottle are made of stainless steel AISI304. The frame part is welded by high-quality carbon steel, and the surface is treated with anti-rust and sprayed.
The bearing adopts Harbin two-way thrust bearing, which is a domestic first-tier manufacturer, and does not need maintenance for long-term operation.
