3. Brief Description of the Bottle Sorting Machine:
This machine is designed for organizing unordered bottles. Disorganized bottles are transported from the large hopper to the small hopper via a grid conveyor belt. An elevating plate then neatly lifts the bottles onto the small conveyor belt, which further transports them to the identification and turning position. A signal sensor identifies the bottles, which are subsequently placed in the required position by a turning robotic arm, entering the next process. The entire operation of this machine is controlled by PLC programming, ensuring a low failure rate and high reliability.
4. Work Process:
First, manually pour the bottles into the large hopper.
The conveyor belt of the large hopper transports the bottles to the sorting chamber of the bottle sorting machine (small hopper).
The bottles enter the sorting chamber of the bottle sorting machine (small hopper) for organization.
Finally, they are placed in the designated position by the robotic arm, entering the next process.
