This machine is used for sorting disordered polyester bottles. The scattered and disorderly bottles are sent into the bottle storage ring of the bottle sorting machine through a lifting machine. With the push of the rotary table, the bottles enter the bottle compartment and position themselves. The machine body material is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series materials. Some imported parts are used for the electrical and pneumatic systems, and the entire working process is controlled by PLC programming, so the equipment has a low failure rate and high reliability.
Work process:
Firstly, manually pour the bottle into the elevator bucket;
Bottles are sent to the sorting bin of the bottle sorting machine by the elevator;
The equipment adopts a high-speed centrifugation method, which centrifuges the bottle to the edge of the equipment for high-speed output.
