The drive system uses precision gear design and stable transmission speed, which can meet the label length tolerance requirement of ± 1mm. The ultrasonic electric eye induction feeding is used together with the spring tension control system to ensure a more stable film feeding. The large screen man-machine interface control design is closer to the humanized mechanical operation mode.
Working Process of Labeling Machine

Product (bottle feeding) → Chain plate conveying → Bottle separating and bottle carrying mechanism work at the same time to correct the position → Sensor detection → Labeling mechanism receives signal to cut the label → Label is quickly positioned and sleeved to the designated position of the product → Label position correction → Bottle body label shrinks → Finished product.
